Louise Sterling (Director)

A professional freelance writer, Louise has conceptualized, researched and written a wide variety of learningmaterials for organisations and institutions. Examples of her published books include:

Patricia Sterling (Director)

A business manager, trainer and assessor, Tricia has experience in strategic management and human resource development in the public sector. With over 22 years experience, she has:

• written a variety of training courses and assessment tools
• moderated large scale projects
• consulted and mentored in the fields of education and training, skills development, NGO management, and volunteering.

She currently manages EDUWRITE projects, writes, moderates and edits learning and assessment material.


Shaheda Bassier (Contributing Editor)

An editor, Shaheda has worked as an editor and information analyst for the Parliamentary Monitoring Group and the Truth and Reconciliation Commission. Her developed abilities are:

• meticulous attention to detail
• strong language skills (Xhosa, Arabic, French and German)
• project and personnel management
• developing assessment tools based on SETA requirements



Steven Wertheim (Director)

An organisational strategist, trainer and therapist, Steve has designed, written and conducted a number of innovative training programmes to meet the needs of a wide range of different clients. His special interest is in facilitating processes in which participants are able explore and realise their unlimited potential. He currently is a director and the manager of the Sekwele Centre for Social Reflection in Bethlehem.
